补齐民生短板,制度创新是根本

【摘要】：民生制度改革,要充分利用供给侧改革“去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板”五种手段,对我国民生领域存在的突出问题进行解决和突破。通过制度优化与制度创新,打破阻碍民生领域效率提升和服务质量提升的藩篱,切实有效提升我国民生领域的服务水平。
[Abstract]:In the reform of the people's livelihood system, it is necessary to make full use of the supply-side reform "to eliminate production capacity, to remove inventory, to deleverage, to reduce costs and to make up for the shortcomings", to solve and break through the outstanding problems existing in the field of people's livelihood in our country, and to solve and break through the system optimization and institutional innovation. To break down the barriers that hinder the improvement of efficiency and service quality in the field of people's livelihood, and effectively improve the level of service in the field of people's livelihood in China.
