【摘要】：社会建设是适应新时期新形势新阶段中国共产党提出的重大战略任务。党的十六大以后,中国共产党从理论上提出了社会建设思想,并不断充实、完善和进一步发展,用于指导我国的社会主义事业建设。这一思想理论的提出、形成、完善和发展,是中国共产党以马克思主义基本原理为指导,立足于我国国情,在吸收前人有益思想的基础上,在对我国社会建设进行积极探索实践中不断完善和发展的。研究十六大以来中国共产党的社会建设思想,对于完善中国特色社会主义理论体系,加快建成小康社会,最终实现社会主义现代化,具有重大意义。本文分为五个部分。其框架结构和相关内容如下：第一部分是引言。首先对社会建设这一概念进行了辨析,然后介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义,总结归纳了国内外学术界对社会建设的研究现状,说明了本文的创新和不足之处。第二部分分别从理论渊源、时代背景、现实依据三个方面就十六大以来中国共产党社会建设思想的具体形成条件进行了论述。第三部分主要从基本要求、总目标、遵循的原则、主要任务、重大举措、重要保障等方面阐述十六大以来中国共产党社会建设思想的主要内容。第四部分是在总结中国共产党领导社会建设实践的基础上,结合党在不同时期提出的社会建设方面的相关理论,提炼出十六大以来中国共产党社会建设思想的基本特点。第五部分在深刻分析中国共产党社会建设思想内容的基础上总结了十六大以来中国共产党社会建设思想形成与发展的理论意义和现实意义,以及带给我们的启示。本论文得出的结论是中国共产党善于学习,坚持实事求是,根据不断发展变化了的实际情况来调整和完善社会建设思想,从重视广义的“大社会”建设到关注微观领域的“小社会”建设,更加体现“以人为本”的执政理念。
[Abstract]:Social construction is a major strategic task put forward by the Communist Party of China to adapt to the new period and new situation. After the 16th National Congress of the Party, the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of social construction theoretically, and constantly enriched, perfected and further developed. This ideological theory was put forward, formed, perfected and developed, guided by the basic principles of Marxism, based on the national conditions of our country, and on the basis of absorbing the beneficial ideas of the predecessors. To perfect and develop the social construction thought of the Communist Party of China since the 16th National Congress of China, to perfect the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to accelerate the construction of a well-off society, The final realization of socialist modernization is of great significance. This paper is divided into five parts. Its frame structure and related contents are as follows: the first part is the introduction. Then it introduces the research background and significance of this paper, summarizes the current situation of the research on social construction at home and abroad, explains the innovation and deficiency of this paper. The second part respectively from the theoretical origin, the background of the times, The third part mainly discusses the basic requirements, the general objectives, the principles to be followed, the main tasks, and the major measures taken by the Communist Party of China since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The main contents of the Communist Party of China's social construction thought since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China are expounded in important aspects. Part 4th is based on summing up the practice of social construction led by the Communist Party of China. Combined with the relevant theories on social construction put forward by the Party in different periods, Abstract the basic characteristics of the social construction thought of the Communist Party of China since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Part 5th summarizes the social construction thought of the Communist Party of China since the 16th National Congress on the basis of profound analysis of the ideological content of the social construction of the Communist Party of China. The theoretical and practical significance of formation and development, The conclusion of this paper is that the Communist Party of China is good at learning, insists on seeking truth from facts, adjusts and consummates the thought of social construction according to the developing and changing actual situation. From paying attention to the construction of "big society" in a broad sense to the construction of "small society" in micro field, the governing idea of "people-oriented" is more embodied.
