论科学发展视域下全面建成小康社会的思考

【摘要】："科学发展"与"全面建成小康社会"之间具有内在的必然联系。科学发展是新时期以来我们党为实现我国经济社会全面可持续发展而提出的发展理念,是实现中华民族永续发展的科学发展模式。全面建成小康社会是党的十八大提出的发展目标,党的十八届五中全会再次强调在十三五期间实现全面建成小康社会的目标。准确理解与把握"科学发展"与"全面建成小康社会"之间内在的联系,在科学发展指导下实现全面建成小康社会,在全面建成小康社会过程中实现科学发展,是时代赋予我们的重要使命。我们需要在把握科学发展本质的基础上,理解全面建成小康社会的要求,从而以科学发展为统领,推动全面建成小康社会。
[Abstract]:There is an inherent connection between "scientific development" and "building a well-off society in an all-round way." Scientific development is a development concept put forward by our Party in order to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of our country's economy and society since the new period. It is a scientific development model to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the development goal put forward by the 18 National Congress of the CPC. The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee once again emphasized the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and accurately understood and grasped the inherent links between "scientific development" and "building a well-off society in an all-round way." Under the guidance of scientific development, it is an important mission given by the times to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to achieve scientific development in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. To understand the requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way, so as to promote the building of a well-off society in an all-round way, under the guidance of scientific development.
