金砖机制助推非西方世界战略性合作

【摘要】：在西方全球制度网络陷入权力固化、排他性增强、主动性降低三重困境的情况下,金砖机制为全球化的深入发展、西方—非西方世界的均衡发展提供了新的可能。金砖机制在平衡南北关系、提供国际秩序民主性和多元性方面具有明显优势,而中国倡导的战略性合作及"金砖+"模式对金砖国家整体性发展具有重要的推动作用。
[Abstract]:With the Western global institutional network falling into a situation of solidification of power, increased exclusiveness, and initiative to reduce the triple dilemma, the BRICS mechanism is for the further development of globalization. The balanced development of the western-non-western world offers new possibilities. The BRICS mechanism has obvious advantages in balancing North-South relations and providing democratic and pluralistic international order. The strategic cooperation and BRICS model advocated by China play an important role in promoting the overall development of BRICS countries.
