“四个全面”的战略重点与理论意义

【摘要】：全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国、全面从严治党的重大战略布局,形成了系统而深刻的"四个全面"重大战略思想。"四个全面"战略布局中的每一个"全面"都具有自身的战略重点。完成"两个大局"是"全面建成小康社会"的战略重点;处理好"政府"与"市场"的关系是"全面深化改革"的战略重点;推进"依宪执政"和"依规治党",是"全面依法治国"的战略重点;坚持"思想建党"与"制度治党"的统一,是全面从严治党的战略重点。"四个全面"战略布局具有深厚的理论意义,"四个全面"是党的基本路线的新体现,构成了新形势下的"三大法宝",高度概括了中国道路的基本内涵。
[Abstract]:To build a well-off society in an all-round way, to deepen reform in an all-round way, to rule the country according to law, and to administer the party's major strategic layout in an all-round and strict manner. A systematic and profound strategic thought of "four all-round" is formed. Each "comprehensive" of "four all-round" strategic layout has its own strategic focus, and the completion of "two overall situations" is the strategic focus of "building a well-off society in an all-round way". Handling the relationship between "government" and "market" is the strategic focus of "comprehensively deepening the reform", promoting "ruling by the Constitution" and "governing the Party according to rules" is the strategic focus of "ruling the country according to law". To adhere to the unity of "ideological Party building" and "system governing the Party" is the strategic focus of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. The "four all-round" strategic layout has profound theoretical significance, and "four all-round" is the new embodiment of the Party's basic line. It constitutes the "three magic weapons" under the new situation, and highly generalizes the basic connotation of the Chinese road.
