【摘要】：发展理念作为一种指导观念,是关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是人们对于发展的本质和内涵的总体看法和根本观点。发展作为当今世界的主题,同时也是中国共产党执政兴国的第一要务,发展理念对于经济社会发展的具体实践有着根本性影响。自新中国成立以来,中国所面临的历史任务,归根结底都与发展有关,中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,如何更好地建设社会主义中国成为摆在中国人民和中国共产党面前的一项重要课题。在此背景下,中共中央几代领导集体坚持将马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际国情相结合,在实践开拓中形成了各具时代烙印的发展理念,探索出了一条具有中国特色的社会主义发展道路。本文采用文献分析法,历史研究法和系统分析法,以中华人民共和国的成立为时间起点,纵向梳理中国共产党在特定历史条件下所形成的发展理念,分析其所形成的历史背景和主要内容,总结出中国共产党发展理念是在一脉相承的基础上不断开拓创新的演进特征,以及中国共产党发展理念在演进过程中始终坚持用发展着的马克思主义指导中国的实践,在遵循社会,经济和自然规律的前提下注重发展的人本价值诉求的历史经验,得出了发展始终是这个时代的主旋律以及发展的核心是实现人本价值诉求的结论。事物的发展是破浪式前进和螺旋式上升的。新中国成立以来中国共产党发展理念的历史演进与发展充分体现了中国共产党对经济社会发展规律和执政规律认识的不断深化和升华。因而,在中国特色社会主义伟大事业的现实进程中,梳理并且总结新中国成立以来中国共产党发展理念的演进历程,总结其中的历史经验,既是全面贯彻落实五大发展理念的前提要求,更是统筹推进“四个全面”战略布局和“五位一体”总体布局的时代呼唤。
[Abstract]:The concept of development, as a guiding concept, is a concentrated embodiment of the world outlook and methodology on development, and a general and fundamental view of the nature and connotation of development. At the same time, it is also the first priority for the Communist Party of China to take power and rejuvenate the country. The concept of development has a fundamental impact on the concrete practice of economic and social development. Since the founding of New China, the historical tasks facing China have, in the final analysis, been related to development. As the largest developing country in the world, how to build a better socialist China has become an important issue facing the Chinese people and the Communist Party of China. The collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee for several generations insisted on combining the basic principles of Marxism with China's actual national conditions, thus forming a development concept marked by the times in the course of practical development. A socialist development road with Chinese characteristics has been explored. This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, historical research and system analysis, taking the founding of the people's Republic of China as the starting point of time. This paper analyzes the historical background and main contents of the development concept formed by the Communist Party of China under the specific historical conditions, and concludes that the development concept of the Communist Party of China is the evolving feature of the continuous development and innovation on the basis of the same lineage. And the historical experience of the Communist Party of China's development concept in the process of evolution, which insists on guiding China's practice with developing Marxism, and pays attention to the human-oriented value demand of development under the premise of following the social, economic and natural laws. It comes to the conclusion that the development is always the main melody of this era and the core of the development is to realize the humanism value demand. The development of things is the break-through advance and the spiral rise. The development theory of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the people's Republic of China. The historical evolution and development of the ideology fully reflect the deepening and sublimation of the CPC's understanding of the laws of economic and social development and the rule of governance. In the realistic process of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, this paper summarizes the evolution of the CPC's development concept since the founding of New China, and summarizes its historical experience. It is not only the prerequisite for the implementation of the five development concepts, but also the call of the times for promoting the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and the "five-in-one" overall layout as a whole.
