区域性国际组织协作的集体行动逻辑分析——以上海合作组织为例

【摘要】：区域性国际组织中的参与国对不同领域内的问题可存在差异性的认识和定位,各成员国可就多个领域分别进行决策和博弈,并最终形成复合式的国家——组织决策框架。如果国际组织提供的公共产品不足以促使成员国主动参与合作的话,即使在成员国数量有限的国际组织中也会遵循奥尔森所说的"集体行动"的逻辑。本文通过研究上海合作组织成员国在不同领域合作中的行动逻辑,探究影响区域性国际组织成员国参与合作的动机和因素。
[Abstract]:Countries participating in regional international organizations may have different perceptions and positions of problems in different fields, and member States can make decisions and play games in a number of areas, And ultimately form a composite national-organizational decision-making framework. If the public goods provided by international organizations are not sufficient to encourage member States to participate actively in cooperation, Even in international organizations with a limited number of member countries, the logic of "collective action" as described by Olsen is followed. This paper studies the logic of action of SCO member States in different fields of cooperation. To explore the influence of regional international organizations member countries to participate in the cooperation of motivation and factors.
