鄂尔多斯市东胜区城市社区文化服务的现状、问题与对策

【摘要】：随着人类社会的发展,社区文化服务已经成为城市进步的新鲜血液。如今,城市化进程提高了城市的人口密度和人们的文化需求,同时也对城市社区文化服务提出了新要求。目前,城市社区文化服务对提高人们文化素养和保持社会和谐稳定发展有着重要意义,因此城市社区文化资源也就成为了整个城市文化水平发展的重要源泉。在经济日益增长的过程中,社区的文化发展也遇到了各种困难和问题,党和政府从中认识到整个城市的文化水平发展离不开社区文化的发展,并对社区文化服务给予了政策和财政上的支持,不断优化社区文化资源,使社区文化资源达到最大化的利用,以满足人民群众日益增长的文化需求。鄂尔多斯市东胜区社区文化服务建设与经济发展没有形成正比,滞后于经济发展水平。本文对鄂尔多斯市东胜区城市社区文化服务的现状、存在问题进行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of human society, community cultural service has become the fresh blood of urban progress. Nowadays, the urbanization process has increased the population density and cultural needs of the city. At the same time, it also puts forward new requirements for the urban community cultural service. At present, the urban community cultural service is of great significance in improving people's cultural literacy and maintaining social harmony and stability. Therefore, the cultural resources of urban communities have become an important source for the development of the cultural level of the whole city. In the process of increasing economic growth, the cultural development of the communities has also met with various difficulties and problems. The Party and the government have realized that the development of the cultural level of the whole city cannot be separated from the development of the community culture, and has given policy and financial support to the community cultural service, and has continuously optimized the cultural resources of the community. To maximize the utilization of community cultural resources to meet the increasing cultural needs of the people. The construction of community cultural services in Dongsheng District of Ordos City is not directly proportional to economic development. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of community cultural service in Dongsheng District of Ordos.
