流动儿童多元需求的社区营造研究

【摘要】：随着城市化进程的加快,农村大量的居民群体举家进入城市工作生活,农民工子女跟随父母进入城市的数量不断增加。流动儿童作为现代化发展过程中产生的特殊群体,他们流动到城市中以后,由于自我认知偏差、人际交往能力不足、家庭关怀缺失、社区支持力度不够和城乡文化冲突等的影响,出现胆怯、不自信、亲子关系疏离、缺乏社区归属感等问题,同时流动儿童多元化的需求难以满足,严重影响流动儿童的正常发展。本文以Y社区流动儿童为主要服务对象,立足于流动儿童多元需求,从流动儿童所处的社会生态系统出发,主要运用社区工作方法介入社区营造,为专业社会工作介入流动儿童问题及需求提供新的工作思路,有助于流动儿童顺利适应环境,融入社区,健康成长。本研究采用危险聚焦策略、资产聚焦策略和过程聚焦策略,以“景”、“人”和“文”为社区营造内容,通过公共空间营造帮助流动儿童构建支持网络,建立社会关系,以社区工作为主,有机结合小组工作过程,提升流动儿童各方面能力,制定目标规划,增强学业成就,提高综合能力,最后进行文化营造,增进邻里关系,促进亲子沟通,满足流动儿童、社区归属的需求,促进儿童健康成长。活动过程中,不断进行评估和总结,引导流动儿童参与社区营造活动。通过Y社区流动儿童多元需求的社区营造研究,很好的论证了基于需求的社区营造介入流动儿童全面成长的有效性和社区营造视角下流动儿童可持续发展的实务价值。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of rural residents have entered the urban working life, and the number of migrant workers' children coming into the city with their parents is increasing. The floating children as a special group in the process of modernization development. After they moved to the city, due to the influence of self-cognition bias, lack of interpersonal communication ability, lack of family care, insufficient community support and cultural conflict between urban and rural areas, they appeared timid, unconfident, and separated from their parents and children. The lack of community sense of belonging and the difficulty of meeting the diverse needs of migrant children seriously affect the normal development of migrant children. This paper takes the floating children in Y community as the main service object, based on the diverse needs of migrant children. Based on the social ecosystem of the floating children, the community work method is mainly used to intervene in the community construction, to provide a new way of work for the professional social work to intervene in the problems and needs of the floating children, which is helpful for the floating children to adapt to the environment smoothly. This study adopts risk focusing strategy, asset focusing strategy and process focusing strategy to create content for the community by "scene", "person" and "text", and help mobile children build support network through public space construction. Establish social relations, focus on community work, organically combine group work process, improve the ability of floating children in all aspects, formulate goal planning, enhance academic achievement, improve comprehensive ability, and finally carry out cultural construction and enhance neighborhood relations. Promote parent-child communication, meet the needs of migrant children, community ownership, and promote the healthy growth of children. To guide migrant children to participate in community building activities. It demonstrates the effectiveness of community building intervention in the overall growth of migrant children and the practical value of sustainable development of migrant children from the perspective of community building.
