【摘要】：正政治学作为社会科学的重要组成部分,具有不可替代的地位与作用。如同其他哲学社会科学一样是人类认识世界、改造世界的重要工具,是推动历史发展和社会进步的重要力量,其发展水平反映了一个民族的思维能力、精神品格、文明素质,体现了一个国家的综合国力和国际竞争力。古今中外的历史与现实告诉我们,一个国家、一个民族如果缺乏科学的政治学理论的指导和引领,势必民生凋敝,社会动荡,在治乱循环中缓慢演进;一个组织、一个人一旦缺少正确的政治学理论的滋养和引导,
