全球治理理论的困境及超越

【摘要】：20世纪90年代,旨在强调多元主体共同管理公共事务的全球治理兴起。然而,曲折的全球化进程和集体行动的逻辑等因素一直制约着全球治理功能的施展,国家中心主义和自由市场理念时刻干扰着全球治理价值的构建,导致新兴的理论无法成为国家与市场互通的桥梁。寻找国家、市场和治理中多元主体共同依赖的要素,进而辨析全球治理与国家和市场之间的关系,是突破全球治理理论困境的必由之路。
[Abstract]:In the 1990 s, global governance, which emphasized the common management of public affairs by multiple subjects, rose.However, the tortuous process of globalization and the logic of collective action have been restricting the development of the function of global governance, and the concept of national centralism and free market has always interfered with the construction of the value of global governance.As a result, the emerging theory can not become a bridge between the country and the market.It is the only way to break through the dilemma of global governance theory by looking for the elements that multiple subjects depend on in country, market and governance, and then differentiating the relationship between global governance and country and market.
