武汉地区四所高校网络政治参与研究

【摘要】：随着网络数字世界的产生,并在大学生的生活中普及化,我国高校大学生与网络形影不离,网络无时不刻地影响着大学生的生活。网络为我国高校大学生提供了许多便利之处,网络不仅为高校大学生创造了新的参与平台,加速了信息的快速传递,还拓宽了高校大学生的政治视野。在新形势下,对大学生参与网络政治的深入研究,不仅有利于丰富政治相关的理论,也具有重要的现实意义。本研究以公共领域理论和社会责任理论为理论基础。通过对武汉地区四所高校(武汉大学、华中科技大学、武汉理工大学和华中师范大学)的在校大学生为对象进行深入调查,从而描述新形势下我国大学生参加网络政治的情况。由调查数据可以看出,大学生参与网络政治的积极性有所提高,对政治理论知识的掌握较为扎实,较为认可在网络上参与政治的方式,情绪化地参与网络政治的人群减少。而在“政治新常态”的背景下,我国高校大学生的主要关注点不仅仅在于民众生活质量问题、教育公平问题和国家政策出台问题等方面,而对国家反腐问题关注的积极性有所提高。然而,大学生参与网络政治的问题依然层出不穷,比如部分大学生以冷漠的态度参与网络政治、盲目的态度参与网络政治、偏激的态度参与网络政治和功利的态度参与网络政治等。由于我国网络法律体制的不健全,许多大学生认为我国网络监管环境存在一定的缺陷。最后,本文对以上存在问题进入了深入的分析,并对规范大学生参与网络政治行为提出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of the network digital world and popularization in the life of college students, college students in our country are inseparable from the network, and the network affects the life of college students all the time. The network provides many conveniences for college students in our country. The network not only creates a new participation platform for college students, accelerates the rapid transmission of information, but also broadens the political horizon of college students. This study is based on the theory of public domain and the theory of social responsibility. Through the research of four universities in Wuhan area (Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology), The students of Wuhan University of Technology and Central China normal University (Wuhan University of Technology and Central China normal University) conducted an in-depth investigation to describe the situation of college students participating in network politics in China under the new situation. The enthusiasm of college students to participate in network politics has been improved, the knowledge of political theory is relatively solid, and the way of participating in politics on the network has been recognized. Under the background of "the new normal of politics", the main concern of college students in our country lies not only in the quality of life of the people, but also in the issues of education fairness and the introduction of national policies. However, the problems of college students' participation in network politics are still emerging in endlessly. For example, some college students participate in network politics in an indifferent manner, and blindly participate in network politics. Extreme attitude to participate in network politics and utilitarian attitude to participate in network politics. Due to the imperfect network legal system of our country, many college students think that the network supervision environment of our country has some defects. Finally, This paper analyzes the above problems deeply and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to standardize college students' participation in network politics.
