【摘要】：社会的不断发展使得人们对精神文化生活有了更高的追求,而文化又是综合国力的重要组成部分,是民族进步的阶梯。当前,我国在社会主义核心价值观的指导下,党中央明确指出,文化建设要切实满足群众的基本生活,符合群众的实际需求,并坚持以人为本的原则。社区文化可以推动中国特色社会主义文化的发展,是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要举措。在这种时代背景下,更应该加强和重视对社会主义文化的建设。重视对社区文化的建设,有助于丰富人民群众的文化生活。因此,要实现城市的进一步繁荣发展,重视社区文化发展已成了不可逆转的趋势。本文将社区文化主要分为四个方面来进行调查和研究,即环境文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化,总结了太原市社区文化建设所取得的成就,发现了其在建设过程中所存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。本文共分为五个部分:第一部分,绪论。主要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意义以及研究方法,同时对国内外有关社区文化的论述进行了研究,进一步明确了社区文化在中国特色社会主义文化中占据着重要作用。第二部分,社区文化的相关理论。这一部分介绍了马克思主义文化观、中国共产党文化观等相关理论,对文化有了理论性的认识。还介绍了社区文化的相关概念,最后研究了我国目前社区文化的建设模式,以便人们对社区文化有更深刻的认识。第三部分,对太原市社区文化建设所取得的成就进行了分析和总结,通过多方面、多渠道的研究,主要从环境、制度、行为、精神等四个方面,回顾和梳理了太原市社区文化在近几年来的阶段性成果和成绩。第四部分,在第三部分研究的基础上,分析了目前社区文化建设所存在的问题,经过调查发现,目前在管理机制、基础设施、社区工作者队伍、居民的参与程度等方面还存在着不足之处。第五部分,针对目前太原市社区文化建设所存在的问题,提出合理且又切实可行的对策,鼓励政府和社区从思想上高度重视对社区文化的建设,以进一步来完善社区文化管理机制,吸引社会各界对社区文化建设的资金投入,从而全面有效地推动社区文化建设。
[Abstract]:The continuous development of society makes people have a higher pursuit of spiritual and cultural life, and culture is an important part of comprehensive national strength and the ladder of national progress.At present, under the guidance of socialist core values, the CPC Central Committee clearly points out that cultural construction should meet the basic life of the masses, meet the actual needs of the masses, and adhere to the principle of people-oriented.Community culture can promote the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and is an important measure to carry out the scientific development view.In this background, we should strengthen and attach importance to the construction of socialist culture.Paying attention to the construction of community culture is helpful to enrich the people's cultural life.Therefore, to realize the further prosperity and development of the city, it has become an irreversible trend to attach importance to the development of community culture.This article divides the community culture into four aspects to carry on the investigation and the research, namely the environment culture, the system culture, the behavior culture, the spirit culture, has summarized the Taiyuan city community culture construction achievement.The problems in the process of construction are found, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance and research methods. At the same time, it studies the discussion of community culture at home and abroad.Further clear community culture in the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics occupies an important role.The second part, the related theories of community culture.This part introduces the Marxist cultural view, the Chinese Communist Party cultural view and other related theories, and has a theoretical understanding of culture.It also introduces the related concepts of community culture, and finally studies the construction mode of community culture in our country, so that people can have a deeper understanding of community culture.In the third part, the author analyzes and summarizes the achievements of the community culture construction in Taiyuan, mainly from four aspects: environment, system, behavior, spirit and so on.Reviewed and combed the Taiyuan city community culture in recent years the stage achievement and the achievement.The fourth part, on the basis of the third part of the study, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of community culture. After investigation, it is found that the current management mechanism, infrastructure, community workers,There are still some deficiencies in the participation of residents.In the fifth part, aiming at the problems existing in the construction of community culture in Taiyuan, the author puts forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures to encourage the government and the community to attach great importance to the construction of community culture.In order to further improve the management mechanism of community culture and attract all sectors of the community to invest in the construction of community culture, so as to fully and effectively promote the construction of community culture.
