“四个全面”战略布局与优秀传统文化的关系研究

【摘要】：“四个全面”战略布局是以习近平同志为核心的党中央面对世情、国情和党情的深刻复杂变化,统筹国内国际两个大局,坚定道路自信、理论自信、制度自信和文化自信,立足中国实际所提出的治国理政新战略,是马克思主义中国化的理论成果。马克思主义中国化是指将马克思主义基本原理与中国具体实际相结合,其中与优秀传统文化相结合是马克思主义中国化的题中应有之义。优秀传统文化作为中华民族独特的精神标识,涵括丰富,在近五千年的发展进程中逐步形成了诉诸整体、辩证综合与和谐共生的思维方式,是中华民族立足于世界文化之林的根基。“四个全面”战略布局作为马克思主义中国化的理论成果,植根于优秀传统文化的沃土之中,并促进优秀传统文化的传承和创新。探究“四个全面”战略布局与优秀传统文化的关系,应在唯物辩证法的视域下进行审视。一方面,优秀传统文化是“四个全面”战略布局形成的内生性力量。首先,从宏观视域看,即以优秀传统文化的思维方式从整体上观照“四个全面”战略布局。优秀传统文化为“四个全面”战略布局提供了诉诸整体、辩证综合与和谐共生的思维方式启迪;其次,从微观视域看,即探究优秀传统文化为“四个全面”战略布局提供的治国理政的思想资源。优秀传统文化为全面建成小康社会提供了以人为中心要素的整体观、生态伦理等思想资源;优秀传统文化为全面深化改革提供了变易、创新等思想资源;优秀传统文化为全面依法治国提供了法治、民本、礼法合治和公平正义等思想资源;优秀传统文化为全面从严治党提供了选贤任能、修身律己、廉政等思想资源。另一方面,“四个全面”战略布局是优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的外生性动力。首先,“四个全面”战略布局的外在要求和优秀传统文化更化日新的独特发展机制,构成了优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的双重动因;其次,优秀传统文化实现创造性转化和创新性发展的路径在于廓清对待优秀传统文化的错误倾向,树立正确的文化心态——文化自信;再次,优秀传统文化实现创造性转化和创新性发展是传播好中国声音、讲好中国故事的逻辑前提,是建构具有民族性,体现中国风格、中国气派的中国特色哲学社会科学的题中应有之义,有利于提高国家文化软实力和实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。一言蔽之,“四个全面”战略布局与优秀传统文化相辅相成,相得益彰,统一于中国特色社会主义伟大实践中。“四个全面”战略布局是在马克思主义与优秀传统文化的交融中形成的,使马克思主义中国化发展到新境界,揭示了马克思主义与优秀传统文化融合共生的逻辑进路。
[Abstract]:The "four comprehensive" strategic layout is that the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, faces the profound and complex changes in the world, the national conditions and the party's feelings, plans the overall situation at home and abroad, and firmly believes in the road, theory, system, and culture.The new strategy of running a country based on China's reality is the theoretical achievement of Marxism in China.The Sinicization of Marxism refers to the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the concrete reality of China, in which the combination of the excellent traditional culture is the proper meaning of the Sinicization of Marxism.As the unique spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation, excellent traditional culture has been rich in content. In the course of nearly five thousand years of development, it has gradually formed the thinking mode of appealing to the whole, dialectical synthesis and harmonious symbiosis.It is the foundation of the Chinese nation based on the forest of world culture.As a theoretical achievement of Marxism in China, the "four all-round" strategic layout is rooted in the fertile soil of excellent traditional culture and promotes the inheritance and innovation of excellent traditional culture.To explore the relationship between the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and excellent traditional culture, we should examine it from the perspective of materialist dialectics.On the one hand, excellent traditional culture is the endogenous force of the four-round strategic layout.First of all, from the macro perspective, that is to view the "four comprehensive" strategic layout from the perspective of excellent traditional culture.The excellent traditional culture provides the enlightenment of the thinking mode of "four comprehensive" strategic layout, which appeals to the whole, dialectical synthesis and harmonious symbiosis.That is to explore the excellent traditional culture for the "four-round" strategic layout to provide the ideological resources of governance.Excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as human being as the central factor, ecological ethics and other ideological resources for building a well-to-do society in an all-round way, and excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as change and innovation for deepening the reform in an all-round way.Excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as rule by law, people first, rule of etiquette and law, fairness and justice, and so on; excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as selecting talents, exercising self-discipline, and incorruptible government for ruling the Party in an all-round and strict manner.On the other hand, the "four-round" strategic layout is the external motive force for creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture.First of all, the external requirements of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and the unique development mechanism of the outstanding traditional culture become more and more new, which constitute the dual motivation for the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional culture.The path of creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture lies in clarifying the wrong tendency towards the excellent traditional culture and establishing the correct cultural mentality-cultural self-confidence.Achieving creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture is the logical premise of spreading Chinese sound and telling Chinese stories well, and it is also a logical premise of constructing a nation with a national character and embodying the Chinese style.The proper meaning of the Chinese style philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics is helpful to improve the soft power of national culture and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In a word, the "four all-round" strategic layout and excellent traditional culture complement each other and complement each other, and are unified in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The strategic layout of "four all-round" is formed in the blend of Marxism and excellent traditional culture, which makes Marxism develop into a new realm in China, and reveals the logical way of integration and symbiosis between Marxism and excellent traditional culture.
