美国两党政治走向及对特朗普外交的影响

【摘要】：2016年美国总统大选集中展现了当前民主、共和两党所面对的重大挑战。在民意诉求焦点从"文化-族裔"转向"经济-阶层"的背景下,两党在政策理念、选民分布结构、组织梯队及动员模式上不同程度地面临着调整与选择。正是由于两党的不同变化,特朗普的"本土主义"和"反建制派"倾向暂时为共和党赢回了蓝领中下层群体的支持。这就意味着,民主党需要寻找到夺回蓝领中下层的新理念,而共和党则需要努力维持"特朗普联盟"。共和党的内部调整决定了特朗普外交政策上的混合路径,即在接受共和党传统对外政策倾向的同时尽量为"让美国再强大"的"本土主义"倾向创造更多实现空间。
[Abstract]:The 2016 U.S. presidential election show the Democratic Republican, a major challenge faced. In the public opinion focus from "ethnic culture" to "economy class" under the background of the two parties in the policy idea, structure organization and distribution of voters, echelon Mobilization Mode of different degree facing adjustment and selection. Is due to the different changes of the two parties, Trump's "Nativism" and "anti establishment" tendency for Republicans to win back the temporary support in the blue collar group. This means that Democrats need to find new ideas in the lower back collar, while the Republicans need to maintain the "Trump alliance". Republican internal the adjustment determines the mixing path of Trump on foreign policy, namely in accepting the party's traditional foreign policy tendency at the same time try to "let us be strong" and "Nativism" tend to create more space.
