【摘要】：正发展是永恒的主题,是解决当代中国问题的"总钥匙"。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央着眼于国际国内两个大局,坚持问题导向,把准目标定位,深刻总结发展实践的客观规律,创造性地提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念,为中国的新发展确立了总体思路,指明了基本方向,明晰了主要着力点。"万山磅礴必有主峰,龙衮九章但挚一领。"理解新发展理念必须牢牢抓住其核心和灵魂,即坚持以人民为中心是新发展
