讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音——习近平关于做好对外宣传工作的新思想新论断

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平对做好党的对外宣传工作作出许多重要论述,提出许多新思想新论断,进一步阐明了新时期党的对外宣传工作的职责任务,指出对外宣传工作要引导人们更加全面客观地认识当代中国,要增信释疑、凝心聚力,联结中外、沟通世界,要努力增强我国的国际话语权;进一步阐述了对外宣传的具体内容,包括宣传阐释中国特色、中国形象、中国梦、中国价值观念、中国现行的方针政策等;进一步阐述了做好对外宣传工作的策略方法,提出要讲好中国故事、加强对外传播话语体系建设、加强国际传播能力建设等。这些新思想新论断,体现了我们党对对外宣传工作规律的深刻认识。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has made many important expositions on doing the party's foreign propaganda work well, put forward many new ideas and new judgments, and further clarified the party's duties and tasks in the field of foreign propaganda in the new period. It is pointed out that the work of foreign propaganda should guide people to understand contemporary China more comprehensively and objectively, to increase the trust and release doubts, to concentrate on cohesion, to connect China and foreign countries, to communicate the world, and to make great efforts to strengthen our country's international discourse rights. It further expounds the specific contents of foreign propaganda, including propaganda and interpretation of Chinese characteristics, Chinese image, Chinese Dream, Chinese values, China's current principles and policies, and further expounds the strategies and methods for doing a good job in the field of foreign propaganda. We should tell the Chinese story, strengthen the construction of the foreign communication discourse system, and strengthen the international communication capacity. These new ideas and new judgments reflect our party's profound understanding of the law of external propaganda.
