塔中关系中存在的问题及其解决思路

【摘要】：一个政治社会稳定、经济规模巨大的中国,对我们塔吉克斯坦非常具有吸引力,也是我们塔吉克斯坦希望与之成为富有前景的伙伴。由于塔吉克斯坦与中国地缘上毗邻、边境地区已有运输基础设施和悠久的经济交往传统,又由于塔吉克斯坦方面非常敬仰中国,所以目前塔吉克斯坦不再探索和借用其它西方经济发展模式,而是去研究在塔吉克斯坦实行中国改革方法。塔吉克斯坦正在运用中国经济改革经验和治理模式,思考本国如何进行经营管理,发展本国经济,只有这样塔吉克斯坦的经济变革之路才能走得更远。在这个背景下,更好地完善塔中关系非常关键。本文主要探讨塔中关系存在的问题及相对应的解决思路。全文主要包括五个部分。第一部分为绪论。主要从中塔关系的背景、现状、研究目的和研究方法等方面进行阐述。第二部分为塔中关系的建立与发展。主要包括:塔中关系的缘起,即安全问题是两国关系的基础;塔中关系的全面发展,即政治上“越来越近”,经济上“越来越紧”,文化上“越来越融”。第三部分阐述塔吉克斯坦与中国双边关系中存在的问题。主要包括:塔中关系中的经济摩擦问题;语言文化和价值观的差异问题;民族宗教问题;地缘政治问题。第四部分阐述塔中关系问题的解决对策。主要包括:调整经济战略促成合作;不断增强文化交流;打击民族宗教极端主义维护稳定和平;相互提高彼此战略地位。第五部分是结论。为今后两国关系的发展总结出以下几条重要经验:相互尊重为两国合作交往的基础;互利共赢为两国交流加深的助力器;双方国民的友好情谊是两国交往的保障;两国也需进一步深化科学、教育、卫生、文化等各个方面的合作。
[Abstract]:A politically and socially stable China with a huge economy is very attractive to us in Tajikistan and a promising partner with which we in Tajikistan want to be. Because Tajikistan is geographically adjacent to China, the border areas already have transport infrastructure and a long tradition of economic exchanges, and because Tajikistan has a lot of respect for China, So now Tajikistan is no longer exploring and borrowing other Western economic development models, but to study the implementation of China's reform methods in Tajikistan. Tajikistan is using China's economic reform experience and governance model to think about how to manage and develop its own economy. Only in this way can Tajikistan's economic transformation go further. In this context, better relations between the tower and China is crucial. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the relationship between the tower and China and the corresponding solutions. The full text mainly includes five parts. The first part is the introduction. Mainly from the background, status quo, research purposes and research methods. The second part is the establishment and development of the relationship between the two countries. It mainly includes: the origin of the relations between the two countries, that is, the security issue is the basis of the relations between the two countries, and the all-round development of the relations between the two countries means that the overall development of the relations between the two countries is "closer and closer" politically, "tighter and tighter" in economy and "more and more integrated" in culture. The third part expounds the problems existing in the bilateral relations between Tajikistan and China. It mainly includes: economic frictions in the relations between China and Tajikistan; differences in language, culture and values; ethnic and religious issues; geopolitical issues. The fourth part expounds the solution to the problem of Tarim-China relationship. It mainly includes: readjusting economic strategy to promote cooperation; continuously strengthening cultural exchanges; cracking down on ethnic and religious extremism; maintaining stability and peace; and enhancing each other's strategic position. The fifth part is the conclusion. The following important experiences are summarized for the future development of bilateral relations: mutual respect is the basis for cooperation and exchanges between the two countries; mutual benefit and win-win cooperation are the boosters for deepening exchanges between the two countries; friendship between the two countries' nationals is the guarantee of bilateral exchanges; The two countries also need to deepen their cooperation in science, education, health and culture.
