“逆全球化”现象与中国的外交应对

【摘要】：伴随2016年西方出现的一系列"黑天鹅事件",逆全球化已经成为影响国际关系发展的重要现象。20世纪90年代的"反全球化运动"发展成为了今天的"逆全球化现象",并经历了从思潮到政策、从民间到政府的变化。这一变化不是偶然的。逆全球化实质是国际治理制度的危机。当前全球化正在经历从"新自由主义的全球化"到"发展的全球化"的换挡期。对于中国来说,逆全球化既是机遇也是挑战。中国需要顺势而为,不断提升自身的能力,依托自身的比较优势,主动谋划,积极作为,在国内通过国家干预缓和社会矛盾,在国际上推动合作共赢,只有这样才能化害为利,为自身的发展和人类命运共同体建设作出自己的贡献。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of a series of "Black Swan events" in the West in 2016, reverse globalization has become an important phenomenon affecting the development of international relations. And experienced everything from thought to policy, The change from the people to the government. This change is no accident. The essence of anti-globalization is the crisis of international governance system. At present, globalization is undergoing a shift from neoliberal globalization to development globalization. For China, anti-globalization is both an opportunity and a challenge. China needs to conform to the trend, constantly improve its own ability, rely on its own comparative advantages, actively plan and act, ease social contradictions through state intervention at home, and promote win-win cooperation at the international level. Only in this way can we turn harm into profit. For their own development and the construction of human destiny community to make their own contributions.
