创新发展的“四个维度”研究

【摘要】：自1949年新中国成立以来,创新发展一直都是国家建设的重要内容,创新思想经过不断的继承发展到今天,积累了丰硕的思想成果。十八大以后,我国的十三五规划中,更是把创新发展理念放在了五大发展理念的首要位置,这突出了创新发展的重要性,可以说,创新发展是发展的核心动力。目前,在“新常态”的经济形势下,创新发展理念的发展更是任重而道远。创新要紧跟经济、社会等客观环境的形式变化,但在创新的过程中仍然面对诸多顽症和瓶颈:技术的依赖、制度保护不健全、文化建设的遗漏、理论创新不足,这些都是坚持创新发展亟待解决的问题。十八届五中全会提出,“坚持创新发展,必须把创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置,不断推进理论创新、制度创新、科技创新、文化创新等各个方面,让创新贯穿党和国家一切工作,让创新在社会蔚然成风”。创新发展的“四个维度”即“理论、制度、科技和文化”四个要素之间必然存在内在联系,虽然创新不仅限于这“四个维度”,但作为相对基本的创新要素,将“四个维度”作为基本面进行研究具有一定的现实背景和意义。“四个维度”作为创新发展基本的方面,本文将分析其内在的逻辑关系与相互协同作用,通过对马克思创新思想和西方创新理论的追溯,通过对中国共产党创新思想发展的归纳,透过“四个维度”的关系本质,本文将分析我国创新发展中面临的问题与挑战,最后提出我国创新发展实现路径的相关建议。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China in 1949, innovation and development has always been an important part of national construction. After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in the 13th Five-Year Plan of our country, the idea of innovation and development has been placed in the first place of the five development ideas, which highlights the importance of innovation and development, and it can be said that innovation and development is the core motive force of development. At present, under the economic situation of "new normal", the development of the idea of innovation and development is a heavy task. Innovation should keep pace with the changes in the form of the objective environment, such as economy and society, but in the process of innovation, it still faces many stubborn problems and bottlenecks: dependence on technology, imperfect system protection, omission of cultural construction, insufficient theoretical innovation, and so on. These are the problems to be solved urgently by persisting in innovation and development. The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out: "to persist in innovation and development, we must put innovation at the core of the overall situation of national development, constantly promote theoretical innovation, institutional innovation, scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation, and so on." Let innovation run through all the work of the Party and the state, and let innovation prevail in society. " The "four dimensions" of innovation development, that is, "theory, institution, science and technology and culture", must have internal relations. Although innovation is not limited to these "four dimensions", it is a relatively basic element of innovation. It has certain realistic background and significance to study "four dimensions" as fundamentals. "four dimensions" as the basic aspect of innovation development, this paper will analyze its inherent logical relationship and mutual synergy, through tracing back to Marx's innovation thought and western innovation theory. Through the induction of the development of the CPC's innovation thought and the relationship essence of the "four dimensions", this paper will analyze the problems and challenges in the innovation development of our country, and finally put forward the relevant suggestions on the path to the realization of the innovation development in our country.
