【摘要】：学校是培养人才的专门机构,是传播知识与文明的殿堂。广大青少年在这块乐园茁壮地成长,学文化、长知识。但是,近些年来,学生暴力事件频现中学校园,破坏了校园安定和谐的氛围,严重影响了中学生的学习生活、身心健康,也阻碍了和谐社会前进的脚步。中学时期是一个人成长过程的青春时期,这一阶段,他们的身心都在向成人的方向发展,但还尚未成熟,处于人生观、价值观、世界观的形成时期,对于周围的事物也无法做出全面正确的判断,加之这一阶段的中学生好奇心和模仿能力都特别强,一旦被周围不良因素诱惑,就极易产生行为的偏差,甚至出现暴力行为。而暴力行为一旦发生,就会对涉事的双方学生造成严重的心理健康问题,甚至影响其日后的人格发展。现在,中学校园暴力事件频频见诸报端,暴力行为逐步升级,给中学生自身造成一些不可挽回地损失,给校园及社会带来的危害也日趋加大。中学生正值花样的年纪,但是一件件令人震惊的校园暴力事件给人们一次次地敲响警钟,不免让人陷入沉思。今天,我国正处于快速发展期,祖国的未来和希望就要靠这一代青少年,实现中华民族伟大复兴的使命要靠他们去完成。同时,当今社会,大力倡导和谐社会,青少年能否健康的成长直接关系到社会的安定与和谐。习近平总书记在2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,在学校如何培养人这个问题上,要坚持把立德树人作为学校思想政治工作的中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。因此,聚焦中学校园暴力现象,探析其产生的原因,寻找其有效的解决对策,帮助青少年身心健康成长,就成为思想政治教育工作者面临的重大课题。本文以当下中学校园暴力现象为出发点,坚持马克思主义理论联系实际的观点,通过分析近几年校园暴力事件,列举出典型案例,概述了当下中学校园暴力的现状特征,并从学生自身、家庭和学校、社会四个方面探析其成因,然后相对应的从这四个角度积极探索和思考,提出了一些有效预防中学校园暴力的建议措施,希望能够在教学工作上起到抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:The school is the specialized institution which trains the talented person, is disseminates the knowledge and the civilization temple. The vast number of young people in this park to grow up, learn culture, long knowledge. However, in recent years, the frequent incidents of student violence in the middle school campus, damaged the campus stability and harmony atmosphere, seriously affected the study life of middle school students, physical and mental health, but also hindered the pace of a harmonious society. Middle school is a period of youth for a person to grow up. In this stage, their body and mind are developing toward the direction of adults, but they are not yet mature. They are in the period of formation of outlook on life, values, and world view. In addition, the curiosity and imitation ability of the middle school students in this stage are very strong, once they are tempted by the bad factors around, it is easy to produce the deviation of behavior and even violent behavior. Once violence occurs, it will cause serious mental health problems to the students involved, and even affect their personality development in the future. Now, the violence in the middle school campus frequently appears in the newspaper, the violent behavior escalates step by step, causes some irreparable losses to the middle school students themselves, and the harm to the campus and the society is also increasing day by day. High school students are at the age of variety, but the shocking incidents of school violence sound alarm bells again and again, and can't help but sink into contemplation. Today, China is in a period of rapid development, the future and hope of the motherland depends on this generation of young people, and the mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation depends on them. At the same time, in today's society, we strongly advocate a harmonious society, whether young people can grow healthily is directly related to social stability and harmony. At the 2016 National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities, General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that on the issue of how to train people in schools, we should persist in making the establishment of people by virtue the central link of our school's ideological and political work. The ideological and political work runs through the whole process of education and teaching. Therefore, focusing on the phenomenon of campus violence in middle schools, exploring the causes, finding effective solutions to it, and helping teenagers to grow up in physical and mental health have become a major task facing ideological and political educators. Based on the current secondary school campus violence phenomenon as a starting point, adhere to the Marxist theory combined with the actual point of view, through the analysis of recent years of campus violence incidents, enumerates the typical cases, outlined the current middle school campus violence characteristics, And from the students themselves, family, school, society four aspects of its causes, and then from these four angles of active exploration and thinking, put forward some effective measures to prevent violence in secondary schools, Hope to be able to play a role in teaching work.
