【摘要】：改革是第二次革命,改革开放开辟了中国特色社会主义道路,实现了马克思主义中国化的新飞跃。改革推进到今天,触及的利益调整问题可谓棘手,面临的社会矛盾和问题更加复杂,社会稳定面临的风险和挑战层出不穷。因此,把握好全面深化改革的方法论,加深对中国特色社会主义改革的规律性认识,对把改革推向纵深具有重要意义。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记针对全面深化改革的若干理论与实践问题发表了一系列立意高远、内涵丰富的重要论述,其中蕴含着深刻的改革方法论思想。习近平全面深化改革的方法论是以马克思主义科学的世界观和方法论为理论基础,由坚持问题导向的逻辑起点,聚焦重大矛盾的理论核心,强化思维方法的重要遵循,扭住关键问题的实践导向四个方面构成,全方位地实现了对当前改革实践的总体性把握。把握好我国改革的逻辑走向,在改革实践中集科学性与价值性于一体,就必然要对习近平的改革方法论的鲜明特征进行提炼和归纳,形成对改革的规律性认识。通过对全面深化改革方法论逻辑理路的梳理得出,习近平全面深化改革方法论的鲜明特色集整体性、协同性、稳健性、人民性四个方面于一身,开拓了马克思主义哲学方法论在中国改革领域发展的新境界,获取了对中国特色社会主义改革的规律性认识,为今后的改革积累了经验、拓展了思路。
[Abstract]:Reform is the second revolution. Reform and opening up has opened up the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realized the new leap of Marxism in China. As the reform advances today, the problems of interest adjustment can be described as intractable, the social contradictions and problems are more complicated, and the risks and challenges to social stability emerge endlessly. Therefore, it is of great significance to grasp the methodology of deepening the reform in an all-round way and to deepen the understanding of the regularity of the reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions, which contain profound thoughts on reform methodology, aiming at some theoretical and practical problems of deepening reform in an all-round way. Xi Jinping's methodology for comprehensively deepening the reform is based on the Marxist scientific world outlook and methodology, starting from the logical starting point of sticking to the problem orientation, focusing on the theoretical core of major contradictions, and strengthening the important adherence to thinking methods. By twisting the four aspects of the practice orientation of the key issues, the overall grasp of the current reform practice has been realized in all directions. To grasp the logical trend of reform in our country and to integrate scientific nature and value into one in reform practice, it is necessary to refine and sum up the distinct characteristics of Xi Jinping's reform methodology and form a regular understanding of the reform. By combing the logic of the overall deepening reform methodology, it is concluded that Xi Jinping's distinctive features of comprehensively deepening the reform methodology include four aspects: integrity, synergy, conservatism, and people's nature. It opens up a new realm of the development of Marxist philosophical methodology in the field of Chinese reform, acquires the regular understanding of the reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics, accumulates experience and expands the train of thought for the future reform.
