新加坡人民行动党监督体系的制度构建与运作机制

【摘要】：在新加坡"一党独大"的政治格局中,人民行动党为保持政党廉洁性和巩固长期执政地位,非常重视从党内制度、国家立法、政治制度设计和政党管理实践等层面加强监督体系建设,形成了较为严密的党内监督、法律监督、行政监督、政党监督和社会监督的制度框架和运行机制,使得该党党员和干部时刻处于全景式监督状态之中,这为约束党员行为、保持良好的政党形象提供了较为坚实的制度基础和机制保障。
[Abstract]:In Singapore's political structure of "one party dominating the majority", the people's Action Party attaches great importance to the Party's system and national legislation in order to maintain the party's integrity and consolidate its long-term ruling position. Political system design and political party management practice strengthen the construction of supervision system, forming a more strict system framework and operating mechanism of inner-party supervision, legal supervision, administrative supervision, political party supervision and social supervision. It makes the party members and cadres always in the state of panoramic supervision, which provides a solid system foundation and mechanism guarantee for restricting the behavior of party members and maintaining a good party image.
