社会资本对农村老人参与社区养老服务意愿的影响研究

【摘要】：农村人口老龄化是我国人口老龄化的重要突出问题。在城镇化、计划生育、家庭养老功能弱化等因素的影响下,农村老年人以何种方式养老是摆在我们面前的重大课题。现今,国家、社区、家庭和个人是承载中国农村养老责任的主要力量。其中,社区为农村老年人提供的养老服务最受推崇。这种农村社区养老服务模式的自我形成和发展是基于村集体一定的经济能力和村民们的共同意识,它更易于被农村老年人所接受,具有较强的灵活性,也容易形成配合,进而能有效地提高农村老人晚年的生活质量。在以往的研究中,多是从物质和人力资本的角度,从国家、社区、个人及社会内外部供给主体的视角构建多方参与的互动网络模型,分析农村社区养老服务的现状、存在的问题,在借鉴国外社区养老服务优势的基础上提出促进农村社区养老服务发展的合理性建议。本文将从社会资本的视角,分析社会资本这一非经济性因素对农村老人参与社区养老服务意愿的效应和作用机制,力求为建立与之对应的激励机制增加社会资本含量,以促进农村老人做出积极的参与决策提出建设性意见。本文通过文献梳理和概念分析建构了社会资本的分析框架,即将社会资本分为三个维度:社会信任、社会规范和社会网络。通过问卷调查收集了河北肥乡县T村社区社会资本存量以及农村老年人参与意愿的数据,并运用二元logistics回归分析得出社会资本相关变量会对农村老人参与意愿产生正向影响,并进一步分析了社会资本各个维度与老人参与意愿之间的内在契合性,这些维度可以极大提高农村社区老人参与社区互助养老服务的积极性,从而为社区互助养老服转向更大层面上的社区养老服务奠定坚实的基础。因此大力积累与提升农村社会资本存量对于农村老人参与意愿乃至农村社区养老服务的发展都有着重要的理论与现实意义。
[Abstract]:The aging of rural population is an important and prominent problem of aging population in China. Under the influence of urbanization, family planning and the weakening of family pension function, it is an important task for the elderly in rural areas to support themselves in what way. Nowadays, the state, community, family and individual are the main forces carrying the responsibility for the aged in China's rural areas. Among them, the community for the elderly in rural areas to provide care for the most respected. The self-formation and development of this rural community old-age service model is based on the collective economic ability of the village and the common consciousness of the villagers. It is more easily accepted by the elderly in rural areas and has strong flexibility and cooperation. Then it can effectively improve the quality of life of the old people in rural areas. In the past studies, it is mostly from the perspective of material and human capital, from the perspective of the national, community, individual and social internal and external suppliers to build a multi-participation interactive network model to analyze the current situation of rural community pension services. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advantages of overseas community pension service, the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to promote the development of rural community pension service. From the perspective of social capital, this paper analyzes the effect and mechanism of social capital, which is a non-economic factor, on the rural elderly's willingness to participate in community old-age service, and tries to increase the content of social capital in order to establish the corresponding incentive mechanism. In order to promote the rural elderly to make active participation in decision-making and put forward constructive advice. This paper constructs the analytical framework of social capital through literature review and conceptual analysis, that is to say, social capital is divided into three dimensions: social trust, social norms and social networks. The data of community social capital stock and rural elderly's participation will be collected through questionnaire investigation in Fexiang County, Hebei Province, and the correlation variables of social capital will have a positive effect on rural elderly's participation willingness by using binary logistics regression analysis. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the inner correspondence between the social capital dimensions and the participation intention of the elderly. These dimensions can greatly improve the enthusiasm of the elderly in the rural community to participate in the community mutual assistance and old-age care service. Therefore, it lays a solid foundation for community pension service on a larger level. Therefore, the accumulation and promotion of rural social capital stock has important theoretical and practical significance for the rural elderly to participate in the will to participate and the development of rural community pension services.
