老旧型城市社区综合型养老设施配建模式研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会老龄化的加剧,养老问题备受关注,其中老旧社区的养老问题尤为严重。作者通过对杭州市养老设施的调研,发现现状老旧社区养老设施存在建设分散、数量短缺、利用率低等问题,结合国家相关规范标准和国内外理论与实践,对老旧社区的养老设施、城市空间现状及杭州市老龄化发展趋势进行综述与分析,提出了综合型养老设施的理念,并进一步分析可行性与意义,以及实施方案需要注意解决的问题。文章主要从以下几个部分进行论述:第一章为前期分析部分,介绍了研究背景、国内外现状、研究的目的与意义,研究的对象和方法等;第二章为理论陈述部分,对相关理论与概念进行了界定;第三、四章为可行性研究部分,通过对社区老年人需求、老旧社区现状、老年人心理特征和行为习惯的研究,论证我国在现有环境下社区养老的必然性,为养老设施的配建提供可行的建设条件;第五章为理念研究部分,阐释了综合型养老设施的具体配建方法及预期达到的效果;第六章为实证研究部分,介绍了老旧社区综合型养老设施的实践案例,并针对杭州老旧社区的问题提供切实可行的设计方案;第七章为结语部分,对老旧社区综合型养老设施配建模式的发展之路进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the aging society in our country, the problem of the aged is paid more attention, especially in the old communities. Based on the investigation of pension facilities in Hangzhou, the author finds that there are some problems such as scattered construction, shortage in quantity and low utilization rate of old-age facilities in old communities, combining with relevant national standards and theories and practices at home and abroad. This paper summarizes and analyzes the old-age facilities in the old communities, the present situation of urban space and the development trend of aging in Hangzhou, puts forward the idea of comprehensive old-age facilities, and further analyzes the feasibility and significance. And the implementation of the program needs attention to solve the problem. The article mainly discusses from the following several parts: the first chapter is the preliminary analysis part, introduced the research background, the domestic and foreign present situation, the research goal and the significance, the research object and the method and so on; the second chapter is the theory statement part, the second chapter is the theory statement part. The third and fourth chapter is the feasibility study part, through the research on the needs of the elderly in the community, the current situation of the old community, the psychological characteristics and behavior habits of the elderly. This paper demonstrates the necessity of community old-age support in our country under the existing environment, and provides feasible construction conditions for the construction of old-age facilities. Chapter five is the conceptual research part, which explains the concrete construction methods and expected effects of comprehensive old-age facilities. The sixth chapter is the empirical research part, which introduces the practical cases of the comprehensive old-age facilities in the old communities, and provides a feasible design plan for the problems of the old communities in Hangzhou; the seventh chapter is the conclusion. The development of comprehensive old-age facilities in old communities is prospected.
