复合世界与二元逻辑悖论

【摘要】：在这个正经历大发展和大变革的复合世界中,地区冲突、难民潮危机、气候变化、暴恐袭击等问题蔓延全球,这对全球治理提出了严峻的挑战。本文通过二元逻辑的分析方法,阐释这些问题背后存在的悖论,并结合现实提出应对的建议。未来国际秩序的维护,需要国际组织的改革和地区集团的建构性作为;大国间需要相互合作,其中的关键是,新兴大国的理念和战略的倡导和适用,这是对既定的国际机制的必要补充,以此形成合力并最终实现全球共同治理。
[Abstract]:In a complex world that is undergoing great development and change, regional conflicts, refugee crises, climate change, violent terrorist attacks and other problems spread across the globe, posing serious challenges to global governance. In this paper, the paradox behind these problems is explained by the analytical method of dualistic logic, and some suggestions are put forward in combination with reality. The maintenance of the future international order requires the reform of international organizations and the constructive actions of regional groups, and the cooperation among great powers, the key of which is the promotion and application of the ideas and strategies of emerging powers. This is a necessary complement to established international mechanisms to build synergies and ultimately achieve global common governance.
