【摘要】：正刘合波在《当代世界与社会主义》2016年第6期撰文指出,在波兰走向剧变的演进过程中,石油危机是不可忽视的外源性因素。国际市场动荡诱发的国内经济形势恶化,造成了人民生活水平的严重下滑,而政府改革措施不力使得民众不满情绪高涨,最终引发政治危机。在这个连锁反应的链条中,国际市场成为导致政治动荡的外因之一,并最终转化为国内经济形势恶化的内因,从而引发了国内政治危机。因此,从这个角度来说,第一次石油危
[Abstract]:In the sixth issue of "Contemporary World and Socialism" in 2016, Zheng Liu Hebo pointed out that the oil crisis is an external factor that can not be ignored in the evolution of Poland toward drastic changes. The deterioration of the domestic economic situation induced by the turmoil in the international market has caused a serious decline in the living standards of the people, and the lack of government reform measures has caused a rise of discontent among the people and finally led to a political crisis.
