【摘要】：生态系统视野下的"支持性就业"是残疾人社会工作服务创新中的一种职业康复模式,主要针对有特殊需求的残疾人,为他们的就业提供相应的支持与帮助。本研究通过为残疾人持续提供职业训练,以增进他们的工作技能;通过理论和实践相结合,尝试性地以实施"鲲鹏展翅工程"为路径,提升残疾人回归社会的获得感。
[Abstract]:The "supportive employment" in the view of the ecological system is a professional rehabilitation model in the innovation of social work service for the disabled. It is mainly aimed at providing relevant support and help for the disabled people with special needs. This study provides professional training for the disabled to improve their work skills through theory and practice. By combining practice and practice, we try to enhance the sense of acquisition of disabled people's return to society through the implementation of "the project of" Peng Peng's wings.
