中国舰船在宫古海峡航行安全保障研究

【摘要】：宫古海峡是用于国际航行的海峡,具有重要地位,对于中国来说是连接中国近海与西太平洋的重要海上通道。但近年来日本为了遏制中国,中国海军舰船每次通过宫古海峡时都要肆意干扰和阻挠,这不仅严重妨碍了中国舰船的正常航行活动,而且严重威胁到中国海上安全与海洋权益。对此,中国必须高度重视,在舆论宣传、国际海洋法、海上互信与合作、海上危机预防和管控、海上军事存在和威慑等层面采取综合措施坚决维护中国舰船在宫古海峡的航行安全。
[Abstract]:The Gonggu Strait is an important channel used for international navigation. It is an important sea passage for China to connect China's coastal waters with the western Pacific Ocean. In recent years, however, in order to contain China, Chinese naval vessels have to interfere and obstruct every time they pass through the Miyagu Strait, which not only seriously hinders the normal navigation activities of Chinese ships, but also seriously threatens China's maritime safety and maritime rights and interests. In this regard, China must attach great importance to the promotion of public opinion, the international law of the sea, mutual trust and cooperation at sea, and the prevention and management of maritime crises. Comprehensive measures should be taken at sea military presence and deterrence to maintain the navigation safety of Chinese ships in the Gonggu Strait.
