北京市老年人消费特征分析

【摘要】：随着全球老年人口数量迅速增长,老年产业的兴起是老龄化社会不可避免的发展趋势。北京市统计局的最新资料显示,截至2014年底,北京市60岁以上老年人口数量已经达到了总人口数量的14.9%。面对如此庞大的特殊消费群体,市场上不同种类的消费产品不断增加。本文在北京市老年消费者增长的大背景下,运用实地调查法和个案研究法,研究阐述了北京市老年人口的消费现状和需求趋势,分析了北京市老年消费者的消费心理和消费行为特征,并针对目前北京市老年消费市场现状归纳出存在的问题。文章还通过分析市场外部机构和内部机制,对北京市老年消费所出现的概念、政策、规模、管理、研发、人才等方面的问题提出了具体建议。经过一系列对老年消费者的客观分析和研究后,文章最后对老龄产业的未来发展提出了自己的看法与期望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the global elderly population, the rise of the elderly industry is the inevitable development trend of the aging society. By the end of 2014, the number of elderly people over 60 in Beijing had reached 14.9 percent of the total population, according to the latest figures from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics. In the face of such a large special consumer groups, the market of different types of consumer products continue to increase. Under the background of the growth of the elderly consumers in Beijing, this paper studies the consumption status and the demand trend of the elderly population in Beijing by using the field investigation method and the case study method. This paper analyzes the consumption psychology and behavior characteristics of the elderly consumers in Beijing, and sums up the existing problems in view of the current situation of the elderly consumer market in Beijing. Through the analysis of the external market institutions and internal mechanisms, the paper also puts forward some concrete suggestions on the concept, policy, scale, management, research and development, talent and so on of the elderly consumption in Beijing. After a series of objective analysis and research on the elderly consumers, the article finally puts forward its own views and expectations for the future development of the aging industry.
