【摘要】：正今天我的发言聚焦在城市发展的"四化"方向上。一是标准化,二是信息化,三是社会化,四是法治化。这"四化"也适用于城乡社区。我们今天探讨和分析的城乡社区实际是就地城镇化的一个样本,所有"城中村"改造都属于此类。其特点是农民就地改市民,原来的居住格局发生彻底改变,农民的就业发生彻底改变。那么城乡的区别是什么呢?城市是基于基础设施和公共服务设施联网的组织化聚居形式,乡村则是分散的自由化聚居形
[Abstract]:Today, my speech focuses on the direction of the four modernizations in urban development. The first is standardization, the second is information, the third is socialization, and the fourth is the rule of law. This "four modernizations" also applies to urban and rural communities. The urban and rural communities we are discussing and analyzing today are a sample of local urbanization. Its characteristic is that farmers change the local residents, the original living pattern changes completely, and the peasants' employment completely changes.
