【摘要】：正两岸关系和平发展理论,是以胡锦涛为总书记的中共中央领导集体,为应对新世纪以来两岸关系发展的新形势、开创促进祖国统一大业的新局面而提出的推动两岸关系发展的重要战略构想,其提出主要是为了因应新世纪以来"台独"势力在岛内执政、对祖国和平统一大业构成严峻挑战的新形势,它既是时代的产物,更是一个严密的逻辑体系,包括政治基础、根本目标、实现路径等要素:第一,
