认清建设雄安新区的根本战略意图

【摘要】：建设雄安新区的根本战略意图有三,一是使其成为非首都功能集中纾解承接地,二是分流京津冀过密人口,三是优化京津冀产业结构和区域布局。因此,要把"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念同雄安新区的三个战略意图结合起来。
[Abstract]:The basic strategic intention of constructing Xiong'an New area is three: one is to make it become a non-capital function centralized relief undertaking place, the other is to divert the population of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei overdensity, and the third is to optimize the industrial structure and regional layout of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Therefore, the new development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing" should be combined with the three strategic intentions of Xiong'an New District.
