从“熔炉”到“马赛克”——加拿大的族群及族群政策

【摘要】：本文结合英、法、美三个国家对加拿大联邦成立后产生的影响,分析加拿大族群政策的演变过程,侧重探讨加拿大多元文化主义政策出台的历史背景和实施情况,并借助已有文献和加拿大2011年人口数据~①,研究加拿大联邦成立后的族群状况和族群关系,着重关注英、法两裔加拿大人在历史上的矛盾纠葛。本文认为,加拿大在从"熔炉"到"马赛克"的政策演变过程中,尽管民族问题一直存在,但不变的始终是国家统一原则,借以驳斥以我国民族问题为口实妄图分裂我国的论断。
[Abstract]:Combined with the influence of Britain, France and the United States on the Canadian Federation, this paper analyzes the evolution of Canadian ethnic policy, and focuses on the historical background and implementation of the Canadian multiculturalism policy. With the help of the existing literature and the population data of Canada in 2011, this paper studies the ethnic status and ethnic relations after the founding of the Commonwealth of Canada, focusing on the historical conflicts between British and French Canadians. This paper holds that in the process of policy evolution from "melting pot" to "mosaic" in Canada, although ethnic problems have always existed, the principle of national unity has always remained unchanged. In order to refute our national problems as a pretext for the attempt to split our country.
