论医养结合养老服务中的政府责任

【摘要】：政府在解决医疗和养老的难题中发挥着主导作用,但是由于没有处理好与养老服务市场、社会组织之间的关系,导致医养结合养老服务中还存在一些问题。因此,政府应及时调整其职能,积极科学地履行应承担的职责,有效促进健康老龄化目标的实现。
[Abstract]:The government plays a leading role in solving the problem of medical care and old-age care, but there are still some problems in the combination of medical and support services due to the failure to deal with the relationship between social organizations and the market of old-age care services. Therefore, the government should adjust its function in time, carry out its duty scientifically and effectively promote the realization of the goal of healthy aging.
