【摘要】：正应俄罗斯议会上院国际关系委员会邀请,4月20—23日,苏格院长赴俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克市参加题为"大欧洲与亚太地区:文化对话"的国际研讨会,并就欧亚互联互通进行了专题发言。
[Abstract]:At the invitation of the Committee on International Relations of the upper house of the Russian Parliament, from 20 to 23 April, President Soog travelled to the Russian city of Vladivostok to attend an international seminar entitled "Greater Europe and the Asia-Pacific region: cultural dialogue", A special presentation was made on Eurasian connectivity.
