地方政府行为质量对地区企业品牌发展的影响研究

【摘要】:作为地区经济发展的重要推动力,品牌对经济发展的作用已得到社会各界的认可。但我国地区间企业品牌发展却表现出明显的差异性,最主要的表现是地区间形成的品牌差距越来越大,少数省区在品牌发展中成绩突出,但大多数省区,特别是中西部在品牌战略实施中表现乏力。从2 0 1 3年国家工商总局发布的《中国品牌发展报告》中可以看出,东部地区企业品牌发展状况明显好于中西部地区。然而长久以来对品牌的研究一直局限于企业内部的微观领域,很少有对于品牌所处的宏观环境特别是政府行为质量对地区企业品牌发展的针对性研究。基于我国地区间企业品牌发展差异化的现实,本文试图把这两部分的研究结合起来,从地区间企业品牌发展的差异化出发研究地方政府行为质量如何影响企业行为和由此产生的经济后果。在具体研究过程中,本文采用省级面板数据建立多元线性回归模型,实证检验具有二重性的地方政府行为对地区企业品牌发展的影响。通过加入虚拟变量设置地方政府行为质量与地区G D P交乘项的办法,研究了不同地区经济发展水平对政府行为质量和地区企业品牌发展的影响。同时将我国3 0个省按行政区域划分为东部、中部和西部三大区域,研究政府行为质量在不同区域对企业品牌发展的影响。经过基准回归和稳健性检验,均证明了本文结论的正确性,即地方政府行为质量是影响地区企业品牌发展的重要因素,政府行为质量越高,对地区企业品牌的影响越显著;地区经济发展水平对地方政府行为质量和地区企业品牌发展的关系有显著影响,经济发达地区地方政府行为质量对地区企业品牌发展的影响更显著。揭示出了地方政府行为质量与地区企业品牌发展的内在逻辑。同时在此基础上提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:As an important driving force of regional economic development, the role of brand in economic development has been recognized by all walks of life. However, there are obvious differences in brand development among different regions in China. The main manifestation is that the brand gap between regions is becoming wider and larger, and a few provinces and regions have outstanding achievements in brand development, but most provinces and regions, In particular, the central and western regions in the implementation of brand strategy performance is weak. From the "China Brand Development report" issued by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce in 2003, it can be seen that the enterprise brand development in the eastern region is obviously better than that in the central and western regions. However, for a long time, the research on brand has been confined to the micro field of the enterprise, and there are few targeted studies on the macro environment of the brand, especially the quality of government behavior, on the development of the regional enterprise brand. Based on the reality of the differentiation of enterprise brand development between regions in China, this paper attempts to combine the two parts of the research. This paper studies how the quality of local government behavior affects enterprise behavior and its economic consequences from the differentiation of enterprise brand development among regions. In the specific research process, this paper uses provincial panel data to establish multiple linear regression model, and empirically tests the influence of local government behavior with duality on the development of regional enterprise brand. By adding virtual variables to set up the local government behavior quality and the regional G D P crossing term, this paper studies the influence of different regional economic development level on the government behavior quality and the regional enterprise brand development. At the same time, 30 provinces in China are divided into three regions according to their administrative regions: the east, the middle and the west. The influence of the quality of government behavior on the brand development of enterprises in different regions is studied. Through the benchmark regression and robustness test, it is proved that the conclusion of this paper is correct, that is, the quality of local government behavior is an important factor affecting the development of regional enterprise brand, the higher the quality of government behavior, the more significant the impact on regional enterprise brand. The level of regional economic development has a significant impact on the relationship between the quality of local government behavior and the development of regional enterprise brand, and the quality of local government behavior has a more significant impact on the development of regional enterprise brand in economically developed areas. It reveals the internal logic of the quality of local government behavior and the development of regional enterprise brand. At the same time, on this basis, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
