社会公正视角下的“富二代”现象研究

【摘要】：当前,我国正处于社会转型期,也是社会矛盾凸显期,随着改革开放的深入发展,“富二代”现象越来越显性化。“富二代”现象是指下代人在父辈财富、地位、名誉、人脉等社会资源的影响下,其阶层地位在代际之间几乎原样复制的现象。本文以社会公正为视角,立足于历史传统和现实国情,对“富二代”现象影响社会公正的表现及其深层次原因进行了全面分析,并针对如何消除“富二代”现象不良影响,实现社会公正,这一问题提出合理的对策。全文主要分为五个部分:第一章为绪论部分,介绍了选题的缘由,即选题背景和意义,对已有研究进行了认真梳理,并阐明了笔者的研究内容,提出了具体的研究方法,阐述了本文的主要创新之处。第二章主要阐释“富二代”与“富二代”现象。介绍了“富二代”这一群体的产生背景、内涵及其分类,然后对“富二代”现象进行了概述,并分析了“富二代”现象产生的原因。第三章介绍了社会公正的相关理论知识,包括公正的内涵及特征、公正与核心价值观、公平与效率的关系、权利公平、机会公平与规则公平、代际公正等相关内容,为后文进行现象分析夯实了理论基础。第四章对“富二代”现象进行了公正性考量,从教育、就业、阶层流动、青年价值观、权力腐败、自身困境等方面,全面分析“富二代”现象影响我国社会公正的具体表现,并深入地剖析“富二代”现象影响社会公正的原因。第五章针对“富二代”现象对社会公正的影响提出合理的对策。从完善教育制度政策、完善就业管理制度、打通人才向上流动的渠道、引导当代青年形成正确价值观、推进分配与税收制度改革、加强廉政建设和“富二代”加强自我提升七个方面,有针对性地提出了消除“富二代”现象对社会公正不良影响的对策办法,以此解决“富二代”现象带来的社会问题,促进社会公平正义与和谐发展。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the period of social transformation and the period of social contradiction. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the phenomenon of "the rich two generation" is becoming more and more explicit. The phenomenon of "the two generation of rich" refers to the phenomenon that the status of the next generation is almost identical between generations under the influence of the social resources such as their parents' wealth, status, reputation and human connections. From the perspective of social justice and based on historical tradition and actual conditions, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the influence of the phenomenon of "rich two generations" on social justice and its deep reasons, and puts forward a reasonable countermeasure to eliminate the adverse effects of the "rich two generation" phenomenon and realize social justice. The full text is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, introducing the origin of the topic, that is, the background and significance of the topic, carefully combing the existing research, clarifying the author's research content, putting forward the specific research methods and expound the main innovation of this article. The second chapter mainly explains the phenomenon of "the rich two generation" and "the rich two generation". The article introduces the "rich two". The generation background, connotation and classification of this group, and then an overview of the "rich two generation" phenomenon, and the analysis of the causes of the "rich two generation" phenomenon. The third chapter introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of social justice, including the connotation and characteristics of justice, justice and core values, the relationship between fairness and efficiency, rights fair, machine The fourth chapter makes a fair consideration of the phenomenon of the "rich two generation", from the aspects of education, employment, class flow, youth values, power corruption and self predicament, and comprehensively analyzes the influence of "the rich two generation" on social justice in China. The concrete performance of the "rich two generation" phenomenon affects social justice. The fifth chapter puts forward reasonable countermeasures against the influence of the "rich two generation" phenomenon on social justice. It is from improving the educational system policy, perfecting the employment management system, making the flow channel through the talents, guiding the present young people to form the correct values, and promoting the development of the correct values. The reform of the distribution and tax system, the strengthening of the construction of clean government and the enhancement of the self promotion of the "rich two generation" are the seven measures to eliminate the adverse effects of the "rich two generation" on the social impartiality, in order to solve the social problems brought about by the "rich two generation" phenomenon and promote social fairness and justice and harmonious development.
