【摘要】：在冷战结束以来的国际关系发展演变中,民族及文化因素的地位日益彰显,作用不断抬升。以“文明冲突论”为代表的一大批关注民族及文化现象的国际关系新理论涌现,以争取民族平等发展权利、反抗外来干涉为主要内容的新一轮民族运动在全球兴起。20世纪80年代末90年代初,以“日本人论”为代表的日本异质化理论,使处于经济发展收获期的日本人切实感受到了日本文化的“优越感”,民族和文化因素在其对外决策中的地位和用作用越来越重要,逐渐成为影响日本外交发展方向的一个最基本的要素。在当代日本外交的理论与实践中,民族主义思潮及运动不仅制着约外交政策的决策过程,而且也对外交往格局的发展变化有着重要影响。新民族主义的滋长和蔓延,离不开日本特殊的经济社会现实,离不开日本传统的文化根基,离不开日本对外部世界的交往与反思。冷战结束以后,日本通过重修教科书、参拜靖国神社等一系列举措,企图修正历史;通过修改和平宪法和防卫政策、推动日美军事同盟转型等举措,谋求建设大国化的日本。凡此种种,既是冷战结束后日本新民族主义潮流兴起并高涨的标志,也是其全力助推的结果。当前中日关系政冷经“凉”、过去处于休眠状态的诸多争端热度再起、国家交往及民族互动中的裂痕难以弥合并不断扩大,这些现象都与新民族主义有着密不可分的内在联系。研究后冷战时代日本新民族主义如何产生及怎样发展,可以全面分析和判断形势,准确把握规律,客观对待中日关系中存在的新旧矛盾与问题,为制定对日方针政策提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:In the development and evolution of international relations since the end of the Cold War, the status of national and cultural factors is increasingly prominent, and the role of the national and cultural factors is constantly rising. A new round of national movement, which revolts against foreign interference as its main content, rose in the world. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the theory of Japanese heterogeneity, represented by the "Japanese theory", emerged in the world. Making the Japanese people in the period of economic development really feel the "sense of superiority" of Japanese culture, and the position and use of national and cultural factors in their foreign decision-making is becoming more and more important, It has gradually become one of the most basic factors influencing the direction of Japanese diplomacy. In the theory and practice of contemporary Japanese diplomacy, nationalist thoughts and movements not only control the decision-making process of treaty foreign policy, but also have an important influence on the development and change of foreign communication pattern. The growth and spread of new nationalism can not be separated from Japan's special economic and social reality, the traditional cultural foundation of Japan, and Japan's interaction and reflection on the outside world. All this is the symbol of the rise and upsurge of Japanese neo-nationalism after the end of the Cold War, and the result of its full support. At present, the politics of Sino-Japanese relations is "cool", many disputes in the past dormant have been heated up again, the cracks in the national exchanges and national interactions are difficult to heal and expand, these phenomena are closely related to the new nationalism. The study of how and how Japanese new nationalism emerged and developed in the post-Cold War era can comprehensively analyze and judge the situation, accurately grasp the law, and deal objectively with the old and new contradictions and problems existing in Sino-Japanese relations. For the formulation of the policy on Japan to provide a certain reference.
