【摘要】：王稼祥是中国共产党重要领导人和新中国对外工作的开拓者,革命战争时期曾任苏区外交人民委员会委员,解放后历任中国驻苏联大使、外交部副部长、中联部部长、中央国际活动指导委员会主任委员。王稼祥的外交思想主要包括:党际外交思想、民间外交、国际战略思想等等。本文主要从三个方面进行了论述:第一部分介绍王稼祥外交思想的形成过程;第二部分详细论述研究王稼祥外交思想的内容,这一部分笔者从党际外交、民间外交和国际战略问题三个板块进行了论述;第三部分则是将王稼祥外交思想与当今外交形势相结合,探究其思想对推动新时期外交的一些启示。研究王稼祥的思想目的是进一步总结党和国家外交工作上的经验和教训,提高党和国家应对国际局势和处理国际事务能力,为建设中国特色的社会主义国家创造和平安宁的国内外环境。
[Abstract]:Wang Jiaxiang is an important leader of the Communist Party of China and a pioneer in the foreign affairs of New China. During the revolutionary war, he was a member of the Soviet people's Committee for Foreign Affairs. After liberation, he served as China's ambassador to the Soviet Union, deputy foreign minister, and head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee. Chairman of the Central steering Committee for International activities. Wang Jiaxiang's diplomatic thought mainly includes: the thought of inter-party diplomacy, folk diplomacy, international strategic thought and so on. This paper mainly discusses from three aspects: the first part introduces the forming process of Wang Jiaxiang's diplomatic thought, the second part discusses the content of Wang Jiaxiang's diplomatic thought in detail, this part of the author from the inter-party diplomacy, The third part is to combine Wang Jiaxiang's diplomatic thoughts with the current diplomatic situation, and to explore some implications for promoting diplomacy in the new era. The purpose of the study of Wang Jiaxiang is to sum up the experiences and lessons in the diplomatic work of the Party and the state, and to improve the ability of the Party and the state to deal with the international situation and international affairs. To build a socialist country with Chinese characteristics to create a peaceful and peaceful domestic and international environment.
