社区养老服务质量评价系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：社区养老服务质量评价是社区养老服务实施的重要环节,对保证社区养老的良性发展具有重要意义。研究社区养老服务质量评价,确立完备、科学、客观的社区养老服务质量评价方法,可以建立企业在线口碑声誉,保障提升养老服务质量,辅助老年用户获取性价比高的养老服务,已成为推动养老服务机构健康发展的重要内容。本文以社区养老服务质量评价作为研究对象,提出社区养老服务质量评价新模式,设计基于该模式的评价方法,构建质量评价模型,研发社区养老服务质量评价系统。本文从需求分析、设计、实现与测试几方面详细阐述该系统的具体实现过程。本文主要从以下几方面展开研究工作:(1)研究我国社区养老服务质量评价方面的需求,明确用户、服务机构和系统管理员三大类系统业务角色及其功能需求,阐述核心业务工作流程,提出基于AIS-OR(Assessment Indicator System-Online Review)模型的社区养老服务质量评价模式。(2)对社区养老服务质量评价方法进行研究。进行AIS-OR数学建模,在该模型指导下,分析确定社区养老服务质量评价指标二级体系,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,构建指标评价数学模型;采用文本挖掘技术和情感分析方法确定在线评论情感与社区养老服务质量关联关系,构建质量情感特征库,系统采用朴素贝叶斯算法对在线评论进行服务质量分类。(3)社区养老服务质量评价系统设计与实现。根据AIS-OR的社区养老服务质量评价模式,对系统进行架构、数据库、包、类及功能模块的设计。通过类图、时序图和系统界面详细阐述社区养老服务质量评价功能的具体实现。(4)社区养老服务质量评价系统测试。通过白盒方法和黑盒方法测试系统服务质量评价实现所需的各项功能。同时,对系统安全性、兼容性和易操作性等进行性能测试。
[Abstract]:The quality evaluation of community pension service is an important link in the implementation of community pension service, and it is of great significance to ensure the healthy development of community pension. By studying the evaluation of community pension service quality and establishing a complete, scientific and objective evaluation method of community old-age service quality, we can establish the reputation of online reputation of enterprises and guarantee the improvement of pension service quality. It has become an important content to promote the healthy development of pension service institutions to assist the elderly users to obtain the high cost-performance pension service. This paper takes the quality evaluation of community pension service as the research object, puts forward a new model of community pension service quality evaluation, designs the evaluation method based on this model, constructs a quality evaluation model, and develops a community pension service quality evaluation system. In this paper, the implementation process of the system is described in detail from the aspects of requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing. This paper mainly carries out the research work from the following aspects: (1) to study the needs of the quality evaluation of the community pension service in our country, and to clarify the three types of system business roles and their functional requirements of users, service organizations and system administrators. This paper expounds the core business workflow and puts forward the evaluation model of community old-age service quality based on AIS-OR (Assessment indicator System-online Review) model. (2) the evaluation method of community old-age service quality is studied. Under the guidance of AIS-OR mathematical model, the two-level system of community pension service quality evaluation index is analyzed and determined. The index weight is calculated by AHP, and the index evaluation mathematical model is constructed. Text mining technique and emotion analysis method are used to determine the relationship between online comment emotion and community pension service quality. The system uses naive Bayes algorithm to classify online reviews. (3) Design and implementation of community pension service quality evaluation system. According to AIS-OR community pension service quality evaluation model, the system structure, database, package, class and function module design. The realization of the function of community pension service quality evaluation is described in detail by class diagram, timing diagram and system interface. (4) the system test of community pension service quality evaluation. Through the white box method and the black box method test system quality of service evaluation to achieve the required functions. At the same time, the system security, compatibility and easy to operate and other performance tests.
