从生态小康社会到生态文明社会的价值和路径选择

【摘要】：生态文明建设是贯穿于"两个一百年"的重大任务。第一个百年目标,即全面建成小康社会意味着要全面建成生态小康社会,第二个百年目标是将我国建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国,必然包括人与自然和谐共生的现代化的内容,突出走进社会主义生态文明新时代,即迈进生态文明社会的重大价值。全面建成生态小康社会和生态文明社会是中国社会整体文明进步的伟大壮举,是中国共产党坚持以人民为中心发展思想这一价值诉求的实践兑现,是中国以绿色发展推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化书写的恢宏华章,是建成美丽中国的宏伟事业,是中国将为全球生态文明建设所作出的突出贡献和重大示范,无论是在中华民族的生态文明发展史上还是在人类生态文明发展史上都具有极其重大的价值。生态小康社会和生态文明社会从期望值变为实现值,必定是一个机遇与挑战并存的过程,要通过生态文明建设的理念创新、生态文明体制机制创新、牢固树立社会主义生态文明观和加强生态文化建设以及生态技术选择等多种路径循序渐进地推进。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological civilization is a major task that runs through the "two one hundred years".
