论五大发展理念的整体性特征——一种认识论的分析

【摘要】：发展理念事关发展的合规律性与合价值性,其正确与否决定着发展的成效乃至成败。五大发展理念是一个整体、"一个理念",有必要从总体上、联系中进行认识论分析,避免"碎片化"、"片面化"。其整体性特征为:构成要素间关系的集合性,与治国理政新思想的关联性,与党的发展观念史变迁的传承性,与世界发展大势的一致性。
[Abstract]:The concept of development is related to the regularity and value of development, and whether it is correct or not determines the success or failure of development. The five development concepts are a whole, "one idea", it is necessary to make epistemological analysis from the whole, connection, avoid "fragmentation" and "one-sided". Its overall characteristics are as follows: the collectivity of the relationship between the constituent elements, the relationship with the new thought of governing and managing politics, the inheritance of the historical changes of the Party's concept of development, and the consistency with the general trend of world development.
