难解的痼疾--当代印度妇女遭受强奸侵害问题研究

【摘要】：近年来,印度社会针对妇女的强奸侵害事件频繁发生,并陆续受到社会的重视和关注。特别是自2012年印度德里公交集体强奸案公之于世后,有关印度社会针对妇女的强奸问题成为学者们关注与研究的重要领域,在印度社会乃至整个世界迅速得以展开。由于印度社会长期的强奸盲视和犯罪宽容,当代印度妇女遭受强奸侵害问题,历经马图拉强奸案、后马图拉时代、达米尼强奸案与后达米尼时代四个主要阶段,已经形成了一种男权制度制约下顽固的强奸文化,并演变为一个重大的政治问题,陷入案发率高居不下的困局状态。未来如何继续应对和处理这些问题,建立一个对妇女公平公正的社会,印度政府任重而道远。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rape and assault against women have occurred frequently in Indian society, and have been paid more and more attention by the society. Especially since the mass rape case in Delhi became public in 2012, rape against women in Indian society has become an important area of concern and research, and has been rapidly launched in Indian society and even the whole world. As a result of the long period of blind view of rape and tolerance of crime in Indian society, contemporary Indian women have been subjected to rape, which has gone through four main stages: the Mathura rape case, the post-Mathura era, the Damiini rape case and the post-Damien era. Has formed a patriarchal system under the constraints of stubborn rape culture, and evolved into a major political problem, into the high incidence of the plight of the state. How to continue to deal with these problems and build a fair and just society for women in the future, the Indian government has a long way to go.
