特朗普政权与美国亚太再平衡战略

【摘要】：特朗普政权将如何改变美国的亚太再平衡战略,已成为检验美国大战略的试金石。从"特朗普现象"来看,美国孤立主义倾向表明美国对霸权思维方式的变化,但并不意味着美国的"战略收缩";从"特朗普冲击"来看,美国对亚太政策的思维范式、战略优先度的考量以及秩序塑造方式等,都有新认识和新变化。这些客观上决定了特朗普政权将对美国亚太再平衡战略予以转变与重塑。总体上看,特朗普政权的亚太战略的调整,不只是一个简单的亚太治理方式、方法的变革问题,而是一个关乎美国霸权逻辑和战略理念转变或转向的问题。
[Abstract]:How the Trump administration will change America's Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy has become a litmus test of America's grand strategy. Judging from the "Trump phenomenon," the tendency of American isolationism indicates that the United States has changed its thinking mode of hegemony, but it does not mean the "strategic contraction" of the United States, and from the perspective of "Trump shock," the thinking paradigm of the United States toward the Asia-Pacific policy, The consideration of strategic priority and the way of shaping order have new understanding and new changes. This objectively determines that the Trump administration will transform and reshape the US rebalancing strategy in Asia and the Pacific. On the whole, the adjustment of Trump's Asia-Pacific strategy is not only a question of the change of a simple way of governing in Asia and the Pacific, but also a question of changing or turning about the logic of American hegemony and the strategic idea.
