美丽中国构建背景下的生态文明建设问题研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国在经济上取得了巨大的成就,可这成就背后也存在着不可忽视的生态问题。事实上,这些问题的存在已经制约着我国经济社会的可持续发展。面对严峻的现实,党在十八大报告中提出:“把生态文明建设放在突出地位,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程,努力建设美丽中国,实现中华民族永续发展。”可见,“美丽中国”建设目标的提出带有强烈的时代意义与历史责任感。从内涵方面理解,“美丽中国”目标是一个涉及到经济、政治、文化、社会与生态等诸多领域的建设问题。那么,以美丽生态为目标,那“美丽中国”所要实现的“青山绿水”也就是生态文明建设所要实现的目标。这是“美丽中国”目标在生态领域的具体化,是“美丽中国”建设所要达到的最为直观的目标。在这里,本文对生态文明建设的内涵作了一定的阐述,也提出了自己的一些观点。然而,我国生态文明建设面临着诸多问题,本文主要探讨了诸如经济发展方式、生态教育缺失以及制度不完善等问题,也对其产生原因作了一定的分析。那么,问题的存在必然需要提出解决问题的措施,事实上,生态文明建设不是一个完全独立的建设体系。相反,生态文明建设更是一项复杂的、涉及经济、政治、文化以及生活消费等各方面的综合建设工程。由此可见,生态文明建设的途径必然呈现多元化的特征。对此,本文最后章节主要就从具体的建设途径出发,有针对性地从经济建设、民主政治、法律制度以及文化生活消费四个方面着手探索生态文明建设的具体路径。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in economy, but there are also some ecological problems behind this achievement. In fact, the existence of these problems has restricted the sustainable development of our economy and society. Faced with the grim reality, the Party put forward in the report of the 18th National Congress: "to put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position, to integrate all aspects and processes of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and to strive to build a beautiful China," To realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. " Therefore, the construction goal of "beautiful China" has a strong sense of time and historical responsibility. In terms of connotation, the goal of "beautiful China" is a construction problem involving many fields, such as economy, politics, culture, society and ecology. Then, taking the beautiful ecology as the goal, the "green mountains and green waters" that "beautiful China" wants to realize is also the goal that the ecological civilization construction wants to realize. This is the embodiment of the goal of "beautiful China" in the ecological field and the most intuitive goal to be achieved in the construction of "beautiful China". In this paper, the connotation of the construction of ecological civilization is expounded, and some of its own views are put forward. However, the construction of ecological civilization in China is faced with many problems. This paper mainly discusses the problems such as the mode of economic development, the lack of ecological education and the imperfection of the system. In fact, the construction of ecological civilization is not a completely independent construction system. On the contrary, the construction of ecological civilization is a complex project involving economy, politics, culture and life consumption. Thus, the construction of ecological civilization must be diversified features. In view of this, the last chapter of this article mainly starts from the concrete construction way, from the economic construction, the democracy politics, the legal system and the cultural life consumption four aspects starts to explore the ecological civilization construction concrete path.
