绿色发展观与科学发展观的比较研究

【摘要】：本文对绿色发展观与科学发展观进行全面系统的比较研究,包括四个部分:第一部分对绿色发展观与科学发展观的理论基础进行比较研究。科学发展观和绿色发展观具有共同的理论基础,如果更加细致的比较,我们可以说绿色发展观在理论基础和思想来源上有自己的侧重点。第二部分对绿色发展观与科学发展观的内涵进行比较研究,两者具有共同的价值取向、价值目标与理论视域,但是两者具有不同的基本要求、方法与具体内容。第三部分对绿色发展观与科学发展观的时代背景进行比较研究。两者在时代背景方面既有相同的地方也有不同的地方。第四部分对绿色发展观与科学发展观的理论贡献进行比较,两者具有共同的理论贡献,同时也有各自的理论创新。通过比较,可以得出绿色发展观重点关注人与自然之间的关系,其价值诉求是经济发展与生态环境之间的和谐共生,通过绿色生产、绿色资产、绿色消费、绿色生活等绿色化运动,最终达到人与自然之间的和谐共生。绿色发展观是对科学发展观的深化和发展,在理论上是一脉相承的。绿色发展观的核心内容是将可持续发展深化与具体化,丰富与发展了中国特色社会主义的发展观。对绿色发展观与科学发展观的比较研究,具有重要的意义,能够进一步了解中国特色社会主义发展理论的演进过程,有助于我们更加准确的把握发展的规律,更好的推进改革开放和社会主义现代化进程。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic comparative study of the concept of green development and the concept of scientific development, including four parts: the first part is a comparative study of the theoretical basis of the concept of green development and the concept of scientific development. The scientific concept of development and the concept of green development have the same theoretical basis. If we compare them more carefully, we can say that the concept of green development has its own emphasis on the theoretical basis and ideological source. The second part makes a comparative study on the connotation of the concept of green development and the concept of scientific development. They have the same value orientation, value goal and theoretical horizon, but they have different basic requirements, methods and concrete contents. The third part makes a comparative study on the background of the green development concept and the scientific development view. Both have the same and different places in the context of the times. The fourth part compares the theoretical contribution of the green development concept and the scientific development view, both of which have the same theoretical contribution, but also have their own theoretical innovation. Through comparison, we can draw the conclusion that the green development view focuses on the relationship between man and nature, and its value demand is the harmonious symbiosis between economic development and ecological environment, through green production, green assets, green consumption, Green life and other green movement, eventually to achieve a harmonious symbiosis between man and nature. The concept of green development is the deepening and development of the scientific development concept, which is inherited in theory. The core content of the green development view is to deepen and concretize the sustainable development and enrich and develop the development view of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The comparative study of the green development concept and the scientific development view is of great significance, which can further understand the evolution process of the development theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and help us to grasp the law of development more accurately. We will better push forward the process of reform, opening up and socialist modernization.
