西方关于中国崛起对中美关系影响的研究述评——兼评西方对“中美新型大国关系”的认知

【摘要】：西方关于中国崛起对中美关系影响的观点可以分为乐观积极论和怀疑消极论两类。针对该议题,西方各主流国际关系学派观点各异,影响力也不尽相同。在中国崛起的背景下,为了促进中美关系良性发展,中国积极倡导建立中美新型大国关系。西方关于中美新型大国关系的各种观点也可以归入乐观积极论和怀疑消极论这两类之中。而当中国进一步明确中美新型大国关系的内涵后,美国却在远离这一概念,并且难以在"相互尊重"内涵的阐述上同中方达成共识。
[Abstract]:Western views on the impact of China's rise on Sino-American relations can be divided into two categories: optimistic positivism and sceptical negativity. The mainstream schools of international relations in the West have different views and different influences on this issue. Under the background of China's rise, in order to promote the healthy development of Sino-US relations, China actively advocates the establishment of a new type of great power relationship between China and the United States. Western views on the new type of great power relations between China and the United States can also be classified as optimistic positivism and sceptical negativity. However, when China further clarifies the connotation of the new type of great power relationship between China and the United States, the United States is far from this concept, and it is difficult to reach a consensus with China on the elaboration of the connotation of "mutual respect".
