集体行动、资源动员与社区建设——对社区建设研究中“解放视角”的反思

【摘要】："解放视角"是当前社区建设研究中颇为流行的理论视角。该视角认为,社会本身蕴含着足够强大的力量,因此社区建设的关键是把社会力量从国家的压制下解放出来。"解放视角"的形成具有深刻的学术背景和历史背景,但它忽视了社区建设不可避免地是一场集体行动,从而需要通过有效的组织去克服集体行动所固有的困境。当前社区建设中存在着国家资助和社会支持这样两种常见的资源动员模式,它们有助于缓解集体行动困境,但同时造成了新的问题。从集体行动角度来看,社区建设需要审慎地处理破与立、社区治理与国家治理的关系,同时将研究范式从模式研究转向机制研究。
[Abstract]:Emancipation perspective is a popular theoretical perspective in the research of community construction. The view is that society itself is powerful enough, so the key to community building is to liberate social power from the oppression of the state. " The formation of emancipation perspective has profound academic background and historical background, but it ignores that community construction is inevitably a collective action, and therefore needs to overcome the inherent predicament of collective action through effective organization. At present, there are two common resource mobilization models in community construction, such as state funding and social support, which help to alleviate the plight of collective action, but at the same time cause new problems. From the perspective of collective action, community construction needs to deal with the relationship between breaking and building, community governance and state governance carefully. At the same time, the research paradigm should be changed from model study to mechanism study.
