【摘要】：正日月经天,江河行地。21世纪,世界政治经济格局发生了深刻变化,中国的发展蒸蒸日上,日新月异,十九大报告作出了"中国特色社会主义进入新时代"的重大论断。中国新时代是承前启后、继往开来、在新的历史条件下夺取中国特色社会主义伟大胜利的时代,是决胜全面建成小康社会、进而全面建设社会主义现代化强国的时代。这是中国的大事,也是世界的大事。域外专家纷纷把目光投向中国,对中国有了更多期待。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the world's political and economic pattern has undergone profound changes, and China's development is booming and changing with each passing day. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress has made a major conclusion that "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era." The new era of China is the era of winning the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new historical conditions. It is the time of decisive victory to build a well-off society in an all-round way and then to build a powerful socialist modernization country in an all-round way. This is a major event in China and in the world. Foreign experts have turned their eyes on China, to China has more expectations.
